International Women's Day

To commemorate International Women’s Day 2025, Mrs. Chavali Pamela Osathanugrah, President of PPSEAWA Thailand and Chair of the United Nations Committee, led the association’s committee members in a meaningful outreach activity. She was joined by Ms. Sukanya Prachuabmaoh, First Vice President, Chair of the Women’s Development Committee, and President of the National Council of Women of Thailand (NCWT), along with representatives from the Department of Women’s Affairs and Family Development, led by Director-General Ms. Ramrung Worawat, and other network partners.

The delegation distributed Pink Boxes at Wat Sawatvaree Srimaram School in Dusit District and conducted field visits to two local communities: Wat Sawatvaree Srimaram Community and Sitarm Community.

A total of 40 vulnerable women received support—20 in each community—categorized as follows:

1. 10 women facing general vulnerabilities

2. 5 single mothers and/or women with children

3. 5 elderly and/or bedridden women

เนื่องในวันสตรีสากล 8 มีนาคม 2568 นางชวาลี โอสถานุเคราะห์ นายกสมาคมสตรีภาคพื้นแปซิฟิกฯ นำคณะกรรมการสมาคมฯ พร้อมด้วย นางสาวสุกัญญา ประจวบเหมาะ ประธานสภาสมาคมสตรีแห่งชาติฯ และอุปนายกที่ 1 และประธานฝ่ายพัฒนาสตรี สมาคม สปอท. ร่วมกับ นางสาวแรมรุ้ง วรวัธ อธิบดีกรมกิจการสตรีและสถาบันครอบครัว และคณะภาคีเครือข่าย ร่วมมอบ Pink Box ที่โรงเรียนวัดสวัสดิ์วารีสีมาราม เขตดุสิต พร้อมลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมชุมชนจำนวน 2 ชุมชน ได้แก่ ชุมชนวัดสวัสดิ์วารีสีมาราม และ ชุมชนสีตาม

กลุ่มเป้าหมายประกอบด้วย

สตรีกลุ่มเปราะบาง ชุมชนละ 20 คน 2 ชุมชน 40 คน แบ่งเป็น

1. สตรีกลุ่มเปราะบางทั่วไป ชุมชนละ 10 คน

2. สตรีกลุ่มเปราะบางที่มีเด็ก และกลุ่มแม่เลี้ยงเดี่ยว ชุมชนละ 5 คน

3. สตรีผู้สูงอายุ และผู้ติดเตียง ชุมชนละ 5 คน
