Mrs. Chavali Pamela Osathanugrah, Mrs. Patchanee Thientawach, Women’s Development Committee Chair and Ms. Sukanya Prachuabmoh, Rural Development Committee Chair, in Commemoration of the Thai New Year, joined rites for the pouring of scented water into the elderly’s palms and asking for their blessing, at Baan Manangasila, National Council of Women of Thailand (NCWT).
